Coated Tubes

Overview
Advantages
- Installation of our coated tubing is similar to that of an electrical cable, which reduces costs and maximizes space.
- Our coated tubes are available in long lengths, reducing material wastage and potential leakages due to fewer connections.
- Our tubes boast improved roundness and flexibility, offering equal bending radii in every direction.
- The extruded outer jacket protects our coated tubing from mechanical wear, abrasion, and corrosion.
Types
1. Electrical traced tubing with constant wattage heating cable
- Precision-cut lengths to meet specific requirements,
- Consistent power output
- There’s no need for circuit breaker oversizing as there’s no inrush current at startup.
2. Electrical heat traced tubing with Self regulating heating cable:-
- Automatically adjusts power output in response to temperature changes,
- Significantly reducing the risk of overheating.
- Cut to length for your precise needs.
Keynotes
Applications
- Analyser Sampling Lines
- Process Analysers - Emission Monitoring Systems - Gas Chromatographs

Rating & Performance
Our Electrical Traced Tubing is designed to meet the highest industrial performance standards. The rating encompasses a dual focus on safety and functionality, ensuring that even under the stress of continuous operation, the system performs with exceptional reliability.
Insulation
Our standard non-hygroscopic fiberglass insulation effectively prevents moisture ingress and thermal loss. For extreme conditions, where temperatures soar above 400°C, aerogel insulation offers superior thermal protection without compromising performance.
Outer FR-PVC Jacket
Techwin utilizes a UV-resistant FR-PVC jacket for our coated tubing, which is essential in combating corrosive atmospheres and protecting against various substances, including water, oils, acids, alkalis, and other chemicals. Our tubes can endure a temperature range of -40 to 105°C, with a safe surface temperature limit of 80°C. This outer jacket material can also be tailored to meet your specific needs.
