Our electrical heat-traced tubing bundles are available in parallel constant wattage heating cables, self-regulating heating cables, power-limiting heating cables, series heating cables, etc.

1. Electrical traced tubing with constant wattage heating cable

Techwin International’s Electrical Traced Tubing with Constant Wattage Heating Cable is engineered to sustain temperatures up to 200°C, with a maximum exposure limit of 260°C. Their key benefits are:

  • There’s no need for circuit breaker oversizing as there’s no inrush current at startup.

2. Electrical heat traced tubing with Self regulating heating cable:-

The Self-Regulating Heating Cable option maintains temperatures up to 121°C and withstands exposure up to 250°C. Their key benefits are:
  • Automatically adjusts power output in response to temperature changes, 
  • Significantly reducing the risk of overheating. 
  • Cut to length for your precise needs.

Insulation

Our standard non-hygroscopic fiberglass insulation effectively prevents moisture ingress and thermal loss. For extreme conditions, where temperatures soar above 400°C, aerogel insulation offers superior thermal protection without compromising performance. 

Outer FR-PVC Jacket

The robust outer FR-PVC jacket of our tubing ensures is UV resistant and can sustain a spectrum of environmental challenges, including water, oils, and various chemicals. Its resilience is proven against temperature fluctuations from a frigid -40°C to an intense 105°C.
